Holiday Break Reading Challenge Activity 4

The instructions were to "Use any photo hosting site (Google Images, Flickr, Photobucket, FlickrCC, etc.) to find photos related to your book. 'The image(s) you post need to have something to do with the book you're currently reading. You can post a painting or photograph that makes you think of the story or the characters, choose a few pictures that highlight some of the book's most important elements, or do a little of both. The only thing you can't do is just post the cover art and leave it at that, though you're welcome to include a cover image alongside your other selections.'"

Now for mine. I'm currently reading My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult.

This is the book cover for My Sister's Keeper.

Sara Fitzgerald and her husband Brian decide to genetically
conceive in order to save their daughter Kate.

Kate was diagnosed with leukemia at age two,
and she continues to fight it fourteen years later.

Anna, the "designer child," brings her case
to court when she decides she no longer wants
to be a donor for her older sister.

This book is so sad! I swear, I almost broke down and bawled at one point last night.

Great pictures and I LOVE My Sisters Keeper. Word of warning, keep a box of kleenex handy.

Wonderful pictures. I haven't read this book, but I've read The Pact by the same author. Thanks for participating.

Jodi is my all time favorite author. She is phenomenal in so many ways. I saw your comment about my review of How It Ends- Wiess' writing reminds me in many ways of Picoult's. If you haven't read them, I recommend 19 Minutes, Second Glance and Perfect Match.
