Teaser Tuesday (42)

Teaser Tuesdays was started by MizB from Should Be Reading. It's open to everyone! Just do the following:
-Grab your current read.
-Open to a random page.
-Share a couple of “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page.
-BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)

Today's Teaser:
"Montag, you are looking at a coward. I saw the way things were going, a long time back. I said nothing. I'm one of the innocents who could have spoken up and out when when no one would listen to the 'guilty', but I did not speak and thus became guilty myself."
Pg. 82
I have to read this book for my English class, and I decided it deserved to be featured on today's Teaser Tuesday. I thought this quote was pretty profound. To be honest, I find this book quite fascinating. Dystopic literature has always been one of my favorite genres, and in my opinion, there are many inspiring truths in Fahrenheit 451. It's not too shabby for a required reading book.
